How many photographs will I receive?
We agree the number in your quote, based on size and coverage: from sessions of up to 12 photographs to options with 40 or 50 images. For hotels and large properties, we tailor the proposal.What does the photography fee include?
The session, professional image selection and editing, and travel within our usual service area. If your location requires an additional travel charge, we explain it before booking.How should I prepare the property?
Clean and tidy the rooms, make the beds and remove personal items, cables and bathroom products. We review the spaces together before starting.How long does delivery take?
Photography is usually delivered within 1–5 working days. We confirm the timeframe before the session. Video and tours may take longer.Can I book photography alone?
Yes. Book photography on its own or add video, drone footage, a 360° tour, Matterport, floor plans or layout sketches. Each service is quoted to suit your property.Which areas do you cover?

Up to 12 photographs: €90 + VAT
15–20 photographs: €150 + VAT
80–150 m²
From €150 + VAT
Up to 20 photographs: €150 + VAT
25–30 photographs: €225 + VAT
Over 150 m²

Up to 50 photographs: €350 + VAT
The final fee depends on the floor area, property features and number of photographs requested and delivered. It includes travel within our usual service area, the session, professional image selection and editing. For other locations, travel arrangements are included in your quote.

Video, drone footage, 360° tours, Matterport 3D tours, floor plans and layout sketches: personalised quote. For Matterport tours, we also specify tour hosting and its duration. Hotels and large projects receive a tailored proposal.
