What do you need to prepare a wedding quote?
Tell us your date, the ceremony and reception locations, approximate timings and whether you’d like photography alone or video too. Let us know if you’re interested in an album and which moments you want covered. We’ll check availability and prepare a clear proposal setting out the coverage and price.
Can we book photography alone or add video?
Yes. You can choose photography alone or photography and video together. For photography, you’ll work with me, Gema. When you book both, Pablo films the day and we work together throughout your wedding. We explain what each option includes before you book.
Can we meet you before deciding?
Of course. We can arrange a relaxed meeting or a video call if that’s easier. I enjoy getting to know each couple, hearing how you imagine your day and answering your questions. You can also learn more about Gema and her approach.
When does your wedding coverage start and finish?
We start at the groom’s home, then visit the bride’s home. We cover the ceremony, a short couples session while guests head to the drinks reception, your entrances, cake cutting, first dance, surprises from friends and two hours of the evening party.
Do you include a pre-wedding or post-wedding session?
Our packages include your choice of a complimentary pre-wedding or post-wedding session. I recommend a pre-wedding session: it helps us get to know each other and lets you feel more confident in front of the camera before the big day. We don’t know how to pose. Will you help us?
Absolutely. You don’t need experience in front of a camera. I’ll guide you gently towards natural photographs, without artificial poses. On your wedding day, we keep the couples session short and relaxed so you can spend time with your guests too.
How will we receive our wedding photographs?
You’ll receive professionally edited photographs in a private online gallery and on a USB drive. The final number depends on the events of your day. Your proposal lists the files and products you’ll receive.
Is an album included in every package?
Your proposal will state whether an album is included. If you’d like one, let us know when requesting your quote so we can explain the options and prices, either as part of your package or separately. A digital album means a physical printed album with your photographs professionally laid out.
How do we reserve our date and pay?
First, we check availability and agree your proposal. Photography costs €1,000 with a €200 booking deposit. The photography, video and drone package costs €2,000 with a €400 booking deposit. Your deposit is deducted from the total. The remaining balance is split into two equal payments: one on your wedding day and one on delivery. To get started, check availability and request your wedding quote.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5–6 months after your wedding. This gives us time to select and edit your photographs and, if you’ve booked video, carefully create your wedding film.
