Photographs show each room from chosen viewpoints. A tour lets viewers choose where to go and understand how the rooms connect. It gives buyers or guests more information when they can’t yet visit in person.

Session length and attention to light
Session length depends on floor area, room count, floors and obstacles. To connect captures well, Matterport recommends nearby positions: approximately three steps, or 1.5–2 metres, with clear visibility between points. Doorways and complex areas may require closer spacing.
For planning purposes, allow the following times for a prepared property. These are Gemabur estimates, not official Matterport timings or guaranteed durations.

These estimates include positioning the camera, moving between points, capturing and reviewing the tour. Stairs, many rooms, mirrors or difficult lighting may extend the session. Property preparation and subsequent tour processing are not included.
Capture with a Ricoh camera
We use a Ricoh camera and carefully manage exposure to preserve the home’s bright atmosphere. HDR capture combines exposures to balance interiors and windows, reduce blown highlights and retain exterior detail where lighting allows. We review the captures and choose the session timing; each scene’s contrast affects the result.

Is there a travel charge?
No. The rates are the same for Huelva and Seville, without an additional travel charge.
